Terms and Conditions
- Terms and Conditions - A 50% deposit is required on all mounts at time of drop off of your trophy. All Tanning Accepted at Owners Risk and Prices are subject to change. Tanning of hides can result in damages if the hides are not taken care of properly or have defects from natural events, such as: rot, bugs, extensive bruising, or improper handling after harvest. 

- All Tanning is sent out to be professionally tanned to perfection and must be paid in full up front. Prices are set at the time your order is made and will not change, unless you change your mind for the pose or scenery selection, and a standard contract will be signed at time of drop off to protect you as the consumer and our business.

- Upon completion of your trophy, you will be notified by mail, phone, and email.

- The remaining balance is due within 15 days of notice or a $10 per day storage fee will be charged.

- Completed work not paid for within 30 days of notification is subject to an additional $50 late fee.

- After 90 days Your Trophy is subject to resale or disposal with the loss of your initial deposit and will become the property of Rustic Oaks Ranch Taxidermy.

- Turnaround time on work varies from 4 months to 18 months depending on work load.

- All work is completed by a Certified Taxidermist each work of art is treated as if it were our own personal trophy.

- Memberships and Accreditations: 35 Taxidermy Association / National Taxidermy Association / National Rifle Association Graduate from the Central Texas School of Taxidermy Associates Degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Aircraft Maintenance Technology Attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University towards Bachelors Degree in Professional Aeronautics/Mgmt
